A Certificate of Conformity (COC) is an official document issued by vehicle manufacturers that certifies a vehicle meets European Union safety, environmental, and technical standards. It's required for vehicle registration in EU countries when importing or registering a vehicle from another country.

Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique 17-character code. You can find it: 1) On your vehicle registration document, 2) On the dashboard visible through the windshield, 3) On the driver's side door frame, 4) Under the hood on the engine block, 5) On your insurance documents.
