4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

• Orders are placed through our website by providing vehicle information and required documents
• All orders are subject to acceptance by VIN2COC
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Order confirmation does not guarantee COC availability for all vehicles

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through Stripe
• Prices may vary based on vehicle make, model, and service type
• Express shipping charges apply for expedited delivery

4.3 Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been processed and COC processing has begun. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

• Standard processing: 3-7 business days
• Express processing: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
• Processing times may vary based on vehicle complexity and document availability
• Processing begins after payment confirmation and receipt of all required documents

5.2 Delivery Methods

• Digital Delivery: COC documents delivered via secure email
• Physical Delivery: Original documents shipped to provided address
• Delivery times depend on chosen method and destination
• Tracking information provided for physical deliveries

5.3 Service Limitations

COC availability depends on manufacturer cooperation and document accessibility. We cannot guarantee COC availability for all vehicles, particularly rare, modified, or very old vehicles.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete vehicle information
• Upload clear, legible documents as requested
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse or abuse our services or website
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• COC cannot be obtained due to manufacturer limitations (not customer error)
• Service failure on our part to deliver within reasonable timeframes
• Duplicate orders placed in error (if reported within 24 hours)

7.2 Non-Refundable Situations

• Customer-provided incorrect vehicle information
• COC successfully delivered as ordered
• Customer changes mind after processing begins
• Express processing fees (unless service failure on our part)

7.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of order placement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VIN2COC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIN2COC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
